Job Description:

Crio.do is Looking for analytical, smart, and passionate individuals, raring to make an impact, to be part of the Marketing Team at Crio.Do
Should have around a year’s experience in a dynamic and high growth startup-like environment
Internet and social media savvy, aware of the latest digital trends, and digital marketing tools
Should be comfortable with handling data and reports with the right tools (MS Excel is a must)
Should be able to independently form a hypothesis, and validate the same through data
A basic understanding of programming fundamentals would also be appreciated

Requirement:

Create campaign plans for Crio programs based on positioning, target audience, campaign objective and resources available (duration of the campaign, budgets, other supports available, etc.)
You will be responsible for setting up, tracking, and reporting all the campaign metrics, identifying any issues in the campaigns, and suggesting ways to address the issues
Publish content across all social channels
You will also get involved in the overall design of the marketing strategy of various programs from Crio
While doing all of the above, you will be exposed to a wide range of domains ranging across growth hacking, product management, finance, marketing, operations, and engineering.
