Responsibility:
- You Will, be responsible for User Story / Epic Grooming & Sizing.
- You Will, be responsible for Understand user story and alignment to the features from the product owner.
- You Will, be responsible for Understand Identify new/alternate features and recommend to the team.
- You Will, be responsible for Understand Size user story (effort size, etc) in the area of work concerned.
- At Cognizant Track and report efforts estimated.
- At Cognizant Process Improvements and Adherence: Participate in innovation sessions.
- Able to Implement process improvements to reduce manual intervention (eg automation).
