Job Description:
- BYJU’S is looking for passionate, self-driven, and focused individuals who can take the education revolution to the next level. Are you the one we’re looking for? Interested?
- This is an individual contributor role in an employee-oriented, high-performance environment that emphasizes on spreading the BYJU’s unique way of learning. As a BDA in BYJU’S, you will be expected to connect with potential customers (parents and students), set up meetings, counsel the students on the BYJU’S unique way of learning and assist them to become premium subscribers.
- Bi-monthly incentive roll out
- Incentive trips and incentive bonuses for top performers
- Vertical growth opportunities as soon as you complete 1.5 years.
CTC:
- For Direct Sales, 10 LPA (7 LPA Fixed + 3 LPA Variable) For Inside Sales, 8 LPA (5 LPA Fixed + 3 LPA Variable)
Probation period of 2 months :
- 5 LPA (3 LPA Fixed + 2 LPA Variable)
Working Days:
- Wednesday to Sunday (Week off: Monday and Tuesday)
Required Skills:
- Any Graduation degree or All semester mark sheets barring the final semester (only applicable for 2020 Graduates)
- Willingness to build a career in the sales domain
- Willingness to learn.
- Highly effective communication
