Job Description For Cyient Off Campus Drive 2021:-
- Manage and monitor all installed computer systems and infrastructure
- Resolve IT incidents, service requests using IT ticketing tool, ticket handling workflows based on defined SLA’s
- Install, configure, test and maintain user machines (laptops, desktops and workstations) with required software tools as per standard operating environment
- Provide technical solutions to problems related to system hardware, software, mobile devices and network infrastructure
- Support end users remotely using remote support tools
- User privilege access management
- Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
- Problem solving techniques, liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
- Diagnose and resolve problems in a timely manner
- Data backup on tape autoloaders using backup software tools
