Job Description:
- Matching the documents with internal tools and initiating the payment
- Receiving invoices and processing them immediately for payment
- Consistently exceed productivity and error standards
- Should be able to provide updates/best practice sharing to the team
- Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential
- Keeping a great relationship with all the Client
Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education – B.Sc, B.A, B.Com, B.B.A / B.M.S in any Specialization
- Year of Passing – Any Passed outs
- Both Freshers and Experienced are eligible
- Pursuing Candidates are not eligible to apply
- The candidate should be strong in communication (should be good in Grammar, sentence construction and pronunciation).
- Willingness to work in both day or night shift
- Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills
- Candidates Should have a typing speed minimum of 25/wpm
Required Skills:
- Skills in Outbound and Inbound calls with excellent communication.
- Freshers with excellent communication can also be considered.
- Flexible to work in both day or night shifts is required.
