Job Description:

Write test plan & test strategy.
Write & execute manual & automated test cases/scripts.
Monitors test results and reports using analysis tools.
Track defects & create defects summary reports for different groups of people.
Perform root cause analysis of issues as needed, to determine necessary corrective action.
Good Troubleshooting and analytical skills are a must.
Highly analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Must be a self-starter and be able to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to work independently and resolve issues with minimal supervision.
Strong desire to learn new technologies and techniques.
Understanding of software team tools such as JIRA, SVN.
Should have strong experience in Windows-based application.
Should have good Written & Verbal Communication Skills.
