Responsibilities:

Work on the hiring process
Provide support in end-to-end recruitment activities
Source potential candidates from various online channels
Draft recruitment emails to attract passive candidates
Screen inbound resumes and applications
Conduct hygiene interviews (via phone, video and in-person)
Arrange for interview logistics
Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
Manage and update databases
Build applicant sources by researching and contacting colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, and internet sites
Help in building and updating talent database
Assist in HR operations activities including employee engagement etc
