Job Description:
- Your job role includes support all learning administration and operations work:
- Support learning projects and project manage learning programs in US
- Manage learning communications, mailers, invites etc.
- Provide reports, analysis, dashboards on enrollments, completions and other learning related reports
- Manage and update trackers, content, documentation and databases
- Support program planning, identify processes to help with smooth execution of the learning events / program
- Manage learning mailboxes, respond to learner queries of non-technical in nature via Case Management system in Sales Force
- Liaison with Technology teams, Catalog Team, Compliance, Event Management teams, External Learning Vendors and other Talent teams to support learning processes
- The work requires that you work in 2 PM -11 PM India Time
Requirements:
- Any Bachelors Degree
- Proficiency with computers and applications – email, MS Word, PPT
- Intermediate excel skills
- Experience in working with US stakeholders / customers will be preferab
