Job Description:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in providing L1 / Help Desk Support on web / windows based applications
- Should have experience in using ServiceNow & JIRA or equivalent ticketing tool and should be aware of ITIL concepts (incident, service and problem management).
- Should be good in ticket triaging, troubleshooting and coordinating with different team to resolve issues.
- Should have experience in creating support documents i.e. run books / SOPs.
- Should be flexible with working hours and ready to work in night shift and should be available to handle issues as and when needed.
- Good communication skills and should have worked with various IT support and business user groups across US and global geographies.
- Knowledge of Media and Entertainment domain and a certification in ITIL Foundation or above will be added advantage.
