Job Description:
- Overall job purpose of this role is to create and maintain MI database for various stakes holders. Publishing monthly/weekly dashboards, SLAs, etc.
- Liaise with key business stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of the value derived from the analysis and improvement areas.
- Automating various Reports and manual processes.
Requirements:
- MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS Access and Power Point skills)
- Tableau
- Graduate/Post Graduate (any discipline)
- VB, Sharepoint, Qlikview,
- Skills that will help you in the role:
- Fresher’s with relevant knowledge or 1 year of experience as a MI analyst
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Publish Tableau reports. Optimize complex tableau dashboards and manage dashboards on Tableau server.
- Producing periodical MI using office tools such as VBA, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Driving automation projects/tools using Excel and other applications.
- Cash Reconciliation of various nostros.
- Continuous Business improvement initiatives
- Ad-hoc projects using various MS-Office Tools, BIW Tools and Python
- Identify area’s of spare capacity
- Collate feedback and define steps for improvement
- Ensure that the highest quality and accuracy standards are achieved in all MI reports generated from the database
- Drive for future quality/process improvements and automation
- Share learning and best practice standards in an effort to continuously improve content delivery
- Compile accurate and thorough reports measuring research output and impact on deal success
- Provide weekly reports to Team Leader summarizing team activities and statistics on driving business success
- Present periodic MI to the stakeholders both in BSS and onshore w.r.t team’s productivity
- Find automations opportunities within the team to enhance productivity
