Job Description:
Server Infrastructure Analyst projects vary, your typical responsibilities and opportunities might include:
- Hardware and Software support of servers running on different enterprise class solutions.
- Migration of environments to Public and Private Cloud
- Support ongoing global initiative of decommissioning legacy operating systems.
- Hypervisor configuration, upgrades, and support.
- Server deployments, configuration and hardening.
- Verifying security compliance.
- ITIL based processing of related tasks
- Ensuring system documentation and CMDB is kept up to date
Requirements:
- Great communications skills
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Strong Knowledge of virtualization technology (VMware vSphere)
- Knowledge of server hardware and peripherals
- Knowledge of Public Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, etc…)
- Knowledge of backup/migrations tools (Zerto, Veeam, etc…)
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Azure AD
Prefferd Certification:
- Azure
- VCP
- MCSE/MCP
- ITIL Foundations
