- 2020, 2021, 2022 Graduates – Undergraduates only
- Comfortable working at 2 pm – 11 pm IST working window.

In three months:
- You will support the creation of campaign assets, documentation, and quality control to ensure all products are execution-ready.
- You will liaise with business teams to provide operational support and communicate the status of campaigns, technical issues, launch delays, delivery issues, etc.
- You will be on top of conducting competitive industry research periodically and will identify opportunities to improve product efficiency and drive business growth.
- You will have started to develop and implement best-practice operations standards
- You will facilitate the upload and maintenance of our suite of apps and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the process is smooth, efficient, and error-free.
In six months:
- You will have a deep comprehension of the product line you’re assigned to, planning and implementation tools, and current processes.
- You will be the go-to person for operations, process implementation, and troubleshooting queries.
- You will communicate & coordinate between teams to address day-to-day issues and questions, and enable all stakeholders to deliver effectively.
In twelve months:
- You will be known as an in-house operations expert charged with managing and troubleshooting operational issues.
- You will be instrumental in developing platform strategy, ensuring optimization procedures are conducted in a timely manner, and conducting quality checks to ensure the compliance of our products.
