Telecom knowledge
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment,
use proper discretion in evaluating/elevating customer order issues,
work as a team player and defuse difficult situations.
Working as a assigner researching and assigning facilities to customer service orders/trouble tickets,
processing order cancellations,
order modifications,
system trouble shooting,
and ensuring proper record keeping of customers service records.
Other duties as assigned.
