Job Description & Responsibilities:

Technical Solution Analyst

We are excited to hire Technical Solution Analyst I at Cerner.
As Technical Solution Analyst I, you will perform troubleshooting investigations reviewing front-end applications by gathering information, using troubleshooting tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows internally and externally.
You will perform troubleshooting investigations via backend methods by capturing log files, querying tables, updating database fields, and updating/cycling servers.
You will communicate effectively verbally and in writing to clients and internal stakeholders.
You will document notes, activities, resolutions, and other knowledge articles throughout the lifecycle of an investigation.
You will prioritize work based on severity and urgency balancing client and business needs.
And you will collaborate among and across teams to ensure issues are addressed by the appropriate individuals.

Change Implementation Analyst

We are excited to hire Change Implementation Analyst I at Cerner, As Change Implementation Analyst I you will follow configuration work plans to configure solution functionality and components in production and non-production environments.
You will gather requirements and determine scope of work to appropriately estimate delivery effort and delivery timeframes.
You will apply change management processes throughout service request life cycle.
You will troubleshoot and validate configurations to ensure successful implementation in client domains.
You will communicate effectively verbally and in writing to clients and internal stakeholders.
You will evaluate the impact of changes within client environments and, with support, make recommendations in accordance with Cerner standards.
And you will identify potential integration points and cross-solution builds.

System Engineer

We are excited to hire System Engineer at Cerner. As System Engineer you will perform daily system operations tasks to verify system integrity and availability.
You will perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware/OS upgrades, and resource optimization.
You will implement monitoring for applications and servers, and respond to alarms in a timely manner, preventing client impact and performance degradation.
You will deploy physical and virtual servers. You will complete assigned incident management tasks.
You will deploy, setup, and maintain testing environments. And you will provide Tier III and other support per service request.

Production Software Engineer I

We are excited to hire Production Software Engineer I at Cerner. As Production Software Engineer I you will troubleshoot and analyse technical coding issues submitted by internal or external clients.
You will own, debug and document investigations and resolution of issues within code base using various debugging techniques.
You will perform root cause analysis, help identify problem areas, make recommendations to development teams.
You will communicate with internal and external clients and teams on issue resolution.
You will create code-based queries and development testing tools.
You will consult with clients to understand problems and requests for additional information.
And you will develop knowledge of assigned solution, technologies, development processes and ecosystem.
