Job Description:
- Collaborate with a diverse group of internal stakeholders, business, product & tech teams to ensure quality delivery on the requirements
- Learn to translate customer requirements through the user story and suggest development of any scenarios that need to be added
- Learn from our kickass QA team about ensuring the highest levels of testing standards and maintain them
- Work on developing testing protocols to identify and solve problems/challenges
- Work closely with Engineering teams for functional regression tests and documentation all QA activity
- Communicate effectively on delays and requirements with stakeholders
- Explore, analyse, and define the areas to calculate the overall risk to the project
- Gain/ continuously improve Product knowledge on Processes/ scenarios from Customer perspective
