Job Description:
- Process product returns, monitor RMA receipts through incoming inspection, and repai
- Work with QA to drive timely product failure analysis reports as requested by sales or the customer Ensure a high level of customer service is delivered to all customers,
- in accordance with the Customer Service RMA policies and procedures Handle the day-to-day RMA incoming and outgoing activities Work closely with internal departments such as 3PL Warehouse, Quality,
- Field Services, Entitlement as required Maintain, review and update process RMA related documentation on a regular basis
- Track the RMA part to the Avaya Warehouse
- All open RMA’s are managed and closed
- Non-Conforming Inventory is actively worked and closed with Warehouses
- Make collections call to customers where assets are not returned
- Bill Customers for non-returned items.
Job Experience Required:
- Graduates only
- 1+ year of relevant experience in Return/Reverse Logistics and/or business collections
- Must have experience working with SAP or other ERP tools
- Proficiency with MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-Outlook
- Must have ability to prioritize projects and strong sense of urgency
- Must be highly motivated individual with high level of initiative and an attitude of willingness
- Must be team player willing to assist others
- Must have ability to work in a fast-pace and multi-task environment,
- especially during end of day rush
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
- Must have ability to provide superior customer service and maintain cooperative working relationships
- Decision making & Problem Solving.
- Must be flexible with timings-Shifts will be evening logins mostly 5:30pm to 2:30am or 6:30pm to 3:30am/Mon to Fri working with Sat & Sun fixed week off
- Work from home as of now, till the time we start working from office
- System will be given by the company post selection
