Job Description:
- Toppr is looking for a smart, collaborative, hard-working Frontend Developer to be part of a team building amazing interactive experience.
- You are an accomplished, hands-on engineering leader who is a prolific coder.
- Your mission is to serve as a key UI developer on your squad and expertly craft frontend SPAs.
- You work closely with Product and Design teams to drive and refine specifications.
- You develop strategies and design specifications to improve the performance and reliability of our website as we rapidly scale our product and organization.
Requirements:
- First day: you’ll ship new code to production.
- First week: you’ll build at least one customer-facing feature.
- First quarter: you’ll rebuild a major piece of the Toppr stack to support our ever-increasing scale.
Key Qualification:
- BE/BTech in Computer Science or related field.
- Up to 2 years experience in UI/Frontend development and a strong understanding of building complex layouts using JavaScript, CSS and HTML.
Key Skills:
- Strong computer system analysis and design skills in current methodologies and patterns including vanilla JavaScript, some experience with ReactJS, Redux, React Native, Webpack, and Typescript or similar library/tools.
- Obsessed with WPO (Web Performance Optimization) and web/mobile performance analysis.
- Experienced with web standards and protocols such as HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP, and socket APIs in general.
