Permanent Work From Home Job Opportunity In Sutherland

Customer Master Data :

• Responsible for Customer data masters in a database (e.g. SAP, A1S Tool).
• Manages Customer master data, including the maintenance of database, Customer info for ex. Creation, updation, deletion of Customer records.
• Blocking and unblocking customer codes as per given verified Document
• Meditator between Internal department like Collections Sales, Legal. This is required to complete the assign Ticket.
• May provide remote training to other organizations in sourcing, block invoices, and other data steward functions.
• Goals and objectives are assigned and managed by an immediate supervisor.
• Work performed depends on others for instruction, guidance, and direction.
• Preparing Audit Data n monthly basis.

A1S :

• Responsible for Customer data masters in a database in A1S tool, Vertex, Oracle and Order Center.
• Manages Customer master data, including the maintenance of database, Customer info for ex. Creation, updation, deletion of Customer records.
• Updation of Tax details for US customers in Vertex Tool.
• Preparing Maintenance and other work related reports on daily/weekly basis
• Shift Timings: Evening shifts 5:30pm to 2:30am/6:30pm to 3:30am
• No of days working- 5 days (Mon to Fri)
• Week offs- Sat & Sun
