Job Description:
- Participate in Incident Management Process and handle incidents as per agreed SLA/OLA
- Participate in Change Management Process and execute the Application changes within agreed lead time
- Participate High severity Incident Management process and represent Application support team. Involve in resolving High priority tickets at the earliest
- Monitor Application Health on Daily basis and act on exceptions
- Coordinate with Infrastructure teams, DB teams, Wintel teams, DevOps teams, CloudOps teams for Incident resolution
- Create and manage Applciation Support Standard Operating Procedures
- Participate in minor Implementation projects and Support Implementations
- Should have exposure in IT Good Practices such as ITIL
