Job Description:

Build ETL solutions including Loading data from disparate data sets (relational, structured, unstructured, flat files, etc.)
Data engineering activities using any of the Programming languages like Python, C#/Java, and Databases like Snowflake/MySQL/SQL Server/Oracle etc.
Data modeling, Designing, and building ETL jobs
Perform POC for new technology and frameworks.
Work as an individual contributor.
Create comprehensive and accurate documentation of the infrastructure and implementation.

Requirements:

0 – 2 years of experience with hands on experience of scripting, automation and building ETL solutions.
Good knowledge of data structures, algorithms, theories, principles, and practices.
Hands on expertise in any one of programming language: Python, Java/C#.
Hands on
Good hands on experience with writing high-performance, reliable and maintainable code.
Strong understanding of RBDMS concepts using MySQL or Oracle or Teradata etc.
Knowledge of Linux Command Line and Shell Programming is a plus.
Good understanding of Open-source ecosystem and harvesting OSS code
If you are an OSS committer, that is a plus
Knowledge of Git, Jenkins is a plus.
Knowledge of any NoSQL is a plus
Good written and verbal communication skills and should be a good team player
