Job Description:
- Assist the campus hiring team with tracking all pertinent information using Applicant Tracking System (NPF)
- Develop Talent Pipeline for E-School and B-Schools through different modes: Off Campus, On-Campus
- Maintain metrics and Dashboards pertaining to Fresher Program Office
- Manage tools related to campus hiring
- Liaison with colleges for drive slots.
- Coordinate with campus hiring team on campus drives.
Requirements:
- B.com., BBA or any other relevant undergraduate degree
- Minimum 60% in 10th and 12th standard and UG
- Based out of Noida or Delhi NCR
Skills:
- Strong communication skills is a must
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Outlook
- Must have excellent knowledge on HR and related concepts
- Should be willing to travel
- Should be Flexible and willing to work from Office
- Should be interested in building a career in Human Resources
