Job Description:
- Answer inbound calls within the guidelines/goals established by the client and management.
- Consistently archives call quality goals in order to meet client and customer satisfaction goals.
- Responsibility: Provide Technical Support to International Customers
- Shift Timings: Should be flexible to work in US Rotational Shifts.
- Desired Skills: Need Excellent Communication skills in English.
- Must-Have strong Technical Knowledge(Hardware, Software, and networking Concepts)
- Working Days: 5 days working
- Weekly Offs: 2 Week Offs(Rotational and Split)
- Transport: Home Pickup and Home Drop.
- Rounds of Interview: JAM, HR, Voice and Accent, Tech Test, Operations Round
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Any Under Grad/Graduate Freshers can apply.
- Maximum Qualification Graduates (Undergrads can be considered but should not be regular college students)
- Experience Any Under Grad or Graduate Freshers.
- Communication skills: Exceptional Spoken skills in English
- Shifts: Rotational shifts (Should be comfortable to work in all shifts)
