Job Description:
- We are hiring for French language expert with B2.2 and above level of certification.
- Communication should be good in French & English both.
- Permanent work from home.
- Freshers and experienced both can apply.
- Looking for immediate joiners only.
- Candidates needs to have fair knowledge of hardware computers(for eg: RAM/ROM, types/functions of RAMs, DRAM/SRAM, SSD/HDD, functions/characteristics of SSD/HDD, microprocessor, motherboard, where it is located, components of motherboard, Components of computer BIOS, memory, storage, devices and the full forms of all the abbreviations.
Requirements:
- Minimum B2.2/C1 level of certification in French
- Profile mix of Graduate fresher’s/Undergraduate with minimum 1 yr.+ experience in technical domain or language domain
- Needs to have good knowledge in computer (Technical knowledge about hardware computers, eg RAM/ROM, types of Rams, SSD/HDD, Microprocessor etc)
- 5 days working Mon-Fri/Sat & Sun-week off
- Shifts-11:30am to 11:30pm window/9 hours of shift
- Process Blended- Mix of Email Voice &Chat support
- Would be working on French & English cases both.
- Desktop will be given by the company
