Job Description:
- Candidate will be working in a multi-cultural environment reporting directly to the Team Lead/Coach.
- Function: Creates invoices of sales orders and maintenance contracts in ERP system by validating inputs between SO / Maintenance contract and documentation provided by the customer i.e. Purchase order / signed customer acceptance.
The ideal candidate will display the following attributes:

- Shift timings-UK afternoon shifts (12 to 9pm/ 1 to 10pm)
- Mon to Fri working, Sat & Sun is a Fixed week off
- System/Desktop will be given by the company
- All interviews will happen through telephonic calls/Video call
Responsibilities:
- Sales order / maintenance contract invoice creation
- Customer query handling related to TAT or amendments to invoices
- Disputes / Issue resolution and RCA
- MIS reporting as and when needed
