- Resolve client queries over calls & email
- B2B Process
- Handling queries related to TELECOM & NETWORKING
- Perform basic troubleshooting steps to resolve the queries.
Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- English verbal & written communication skills are must
- 24*7 shift
- B.E./B.Tech, BCA, MCA candidates are preferred.
- Carrying 6months of experience in INTERNATIONAL VOICE PROCESS are preferred as well.
