Job Description:
- Has a good understanding of concepts and procedures within own discipline and ensures a high quality of services/tasks are delivered.
- Works within standardised practices and allocates work in the capacity of a team leader. Typically reports to the Manager.
Responsibility:
- Follows standardised processes to deliver tasks;
- Limited Supervisory responsibility of a team of professionals who perform high quality tasks;
- Supports the team with tasks, using own judgement based on practice and precedence;
- Ensures the right workloads are given to team members;
