Job Description:
- The Advertising Support Associate provides exceptional support to Advertisers and acts as the primary interface between Amazon and it’s Advertisers.
- The associate will be responsible for providing accurate solutions to the issues raised by the Advertisers in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate in any field
- Prior Work Experience of 12-18 months is preferred in Digital marketing/ Advertising – Digital Ads, Ad Optimizations, Campaign Management, Contact Center/ BPO
- Desired skill-sets include MS Office Application Excel and Internet Explorer/Mozilla Firefox.
- This is a Virtual Role and requires a home environment free from background noise where you can connect to the internet and work on your deliverables.
- Should have a good internet connection with a minimum speed of 20 MBPS or better and should have at least 100 GB data from a reliable provider.
- Should have power back up in case of power shut down.

- An Advertising support associate is expected to resolve the Advertiser’s queries, address any system issues, drive process improvements and contribute to a healthy team environment while meeting the goals on KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
- The Advertising Support Associate
- Provides prompt and efficient service to Advertisers, uses knowledge and Standard Operating Procedure guidance to understand the advertisers issue and resolves or escalates as applicable.
- Proactively reports operational challenges to manager/team lead and escalates to the right contacts.
- Demonstrates effective, clear and professional written and oral communication across different channels like email, chat and phone.
- Actively seeks solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation skills and identifies trends to appropriate channel including improvement suggestions.
- Contributes to a positive work environment and proactively aids teammates with difficult contacts as needed.
- Maintains acceptable performance metrics such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance.
- Adheres to the provided schedule and appraises the concerned persons about any reasons for miss.
