Job Description:
- Follows pre-defined SOPs and execute tasks assigned to you on a daily basis.
- Executes test cases for small, simple components and/or features related to apps, services, or devices to ensure they are operating as designed.
- Meets daily productivity and quality targets.
- Logs bugs/failures related to the execution of test instructions and/or quality mechanisms.
- Reports and track issues per the service level agreements (SLAs) and defined guidelines.
- Contributes to project improvement ideas to simplify the daily routine when applicable.
- Tracks daily execution status using recommended tools and techniques, and provide individual status reports.
Requirements:
- Education Qualification: Graduate in any field of study. Quantitative fields such as engineering is preferred but not mandatory.
- Work Experience: Fresher’s or candidates with 0 to 2 years of QA experience.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English language.
- Good familiarity with the Windows desktop environment and use of Word, Excel, General browsers (Chrome, Firefox, IE etc.) are required.
- Basic knowledge on testing is preferred.
- Flexibility and interest in doing repetitive tasks is required.
- High level of energy and proactive nature, sense of ownership and drive and a willingness to accept the challenge of daily deadlines is essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Interested in software testing and quick learner.
- Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to work productively and efficiently in an independent setting.
- Proven ability to clearly communicate with managers and associates at all levels.
- Excellent attention to detail and work with the highest level of accuracy.
