What you’ll do:
- You will report to Manager Software Development to help build requirements and solutions that satisfy internal and external customer needs by providing support to help them achieve their goals
- You will do ticket intake and triage; Troubleshoot, diagnose, triage application defects
- You will do tight Incident Management procedures; Frequent updates, progress, transparency
- You will work with stakeholders to gather data and move issues to resolution
- You will respond to requests such as clarifying functionality and configuration and completing service requests
- You will be monitoring and maintaining environments
Requirements:
- Associates or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of work experience in software industry or related fields
- Experience in Ticket and queue management
- Good understanding of complex software system architecture and operation
- ITIL Foundation v3 accreditation will be an advantage
- Knowledge in a development language will be an advantage(.Net, Java, or any)
- Knowledge in AWS or cloud technologies
- Experience in Perl, Python, Shell scripting or other similar scripting languages
- Good knowledge in Version control tools like SVN, Accurev, GIT
- Good knowledge in Jira , Confluence and Helix/Remedy
