Job Description:

Requirements:
- B.Tech, Non-Circuit graduates
- 2022 – 23 Pass-out
Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for timely & accurate processing and auditing of Organization Management Data Elements
- within GlobalView, ADPs international HRIS system.
- Ensure global mobility for data of inpats/ expats is properly maintained. Partner with each functional area to
- ensure they are aware of their responsibilities.
- Ensures compliance with global process and data governance as well as ensures accuracy and integrity through
- transactional processing of global data.
- Processes Cross Border Manager data, communicating with field managers and HR Business Partners to ensure
- they have proper tools and training to address this populations data across HRIS systems.
- Provide support to international field associates; managers and HR Business Partners on GlobalView usage and navigation through inbound calls or web to case resolution.
- Provide functional expertise on system integrations, improvements, and upgrades.
