- End to end Recruitment cycle like Sourcing, Screening, and interviewing (In-depth).
- Sourcing resumes from job portals like Naukri, Monster, Linkedln.
- Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
- Strategy Plan for Daily Sourcing/ sourcing strategy plan with priority.
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
- Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person).
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
- Following up on the interview process status.
- Should have strong communication and inter-personnel skills.
- Track and follow up with the candidates throughout the recruitment process.
