Job Description:
- To be an active member of Employee background verification (BGV) team of KPIT.
- Ensure proper documentation of employees to initiate BGV
- Assist and follow-up the vendor to complete the BGV on time.
- Quality check of BGV reports
- Verify invoices and submit to finance team
- Resolve queries / insufficiency remarks during document verification.
- Send statistics/ reports to management every week.
Requirements:
- We are looking out for graduate freshers for back-office jobs in human resource (HR) department.
- Graduation completed within last 3 years.
- Good Communication skills (speaking and writing)
- Knowledge of Excel
- Good Learning attitude
- Readiness to work for a contractual role
Perks and Benefits
- Duration of contract :- 12 Months
- Role: contract for 1 year. Conversion to fulltime after 1 year based on performance.
- Stipend: 16,000 PM salary
- Work time: 9AM 6 PM (5 days a Week)
