Job Description:
Process Flow for GET Hiring
- Assign codes to the Freelancers( 202, 302 so on.)
- Introduce MyRcloud as Consultant for Vedanta Alluminium.
- Pitch the role ( Role Title – Graduate Trainee: Salary 3.25 lpa fixed , 1.24 lpa variable, locations: either Jharsuguda or Lanjigarh )
Instruction for Recruiters
- The mandatory requirements will be that the candidates should be 2022 batch pass outs with minimum 60 % in 10th, 12th and Graduation( BSc candidates in all domain except Botany, zoology, biology, biotechnology), No gaps in education.
- Candidates should be a domicile of the respective state.
- We are hiring for two locations Jharsuguda and Lanjigarh in Orissa However, the final place of joining will be decided post interview.
- Candidates will have to apply through the link provided and complete their application form. The application form will be followed by an MCQ test.
- Once the MCQ test is cleared there will be a Panel interview with the client for final selection.
- MCQ assessment has to be finished in one go or else the candidature will be cancelled and the candidate will not be able to apply further.
- Duration of MCQ test is 40 minutes.
- It is mandatory for the candidates that the test is taken from a video enabled laptop or a desktop as the test is Video monitored. Please ensure that the candidates are not using mobile phones to apply.
- As part of application process, candidates will be navigated to an online assessment wherein they will have to video record a brief 90 sec self-introduction. Educate the candidates the test should not end abruptly. Rest details related to documents required are shared in the requisition.
