- Answer inbound calls within the guidlines/goals established by the client and management.
- Consistently acheives call quality goals in order to meet client and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements:
- Age: 18 years to 35 years
- Minimum Qualification Intermediate (or +2 equivalent).
- Maximum Qualification Graduates (Undergrads can be considered but should not be regular college students)
- Experience Any Under Grad or Graduate Freshers.
- Communication skills: Exceptional Spoken skills in English
- Shifts: Rotational shifts (Should be comfortable to work in all shifts)
- Salary: As per Market Standards
