- Great academics
- Good communication skills
- Not rejected in the last 12 months for any role at eLitmus
Selection process
- Offer letter is rolled out basis clearing the online test
- Online test details: Basic Aptitude + Subjective + Communication (speaking) test
- Candidates would be attending a similar difficulty level test at the time of joining in Bangalore office and offer is valid basis the offline test performance
