Job Description:
- Work life balance is not there.I may be wrong also, It might be vary from project to project .
- Bench policy is also not good .
- Company should add one clause in offer letter about the talent pool (bench) policy .
- 2 months with full pay ,2 months with 50% pay cut and there after 6 months with sabatical if you didn’t get through the project .
- I am getting selected to the project but because of budget issue (in many accounts during the recession time) and other location constraint ,I have been in bench last 3 months .
- While mphasis offered me , as I was the early joiner that time , they said they are going to have the office at bhubaneswar but due to recession ,probably their plan changed to set up the office in bbsr and kolkata
- Now they are telling those resources to relocate to existing mphasis office .
- This is one of the drawback for me as they put many resources from bhubaneswar and kolkata under pressure to relocate.
