- We, Gusti Leder GmbH, are a young company that has specialized in the sale of fairly produced leather bags and accessories.
- We are looking for a Performance Marketing Assistant for the Evaluation and optimization of digital advertising activities with clearly measurable performance for new customer acquisition and customer loyalty
Requirements:
- Professional experience in performance marketing (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Social Media Advertising)
- Proficient use of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
- Highly analytical skills and affinity for numbers
- Experience with creating creatives for social media ads (design skills)
- Good knowledge of English
- Proactive and initiative mindset, also questioning existing structures
- Communication and assertiveness skills as well as a pronounced hands-on mentality
- Well organised
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the management and data-based optimization of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising & Social Media Advertising campaigns according to performance targets
- Preparation of analyses on the relevant KPIs using various data analytics tools and derivation of necessary recommendations for action
- Cross-departmental stakeholder management and close cooperation with our performance marketing agency
