- Good with manual testing concepts [ boundary value, equivalence partition]
- Good with API testing concepts [ boundary value, equivalence partition]
- Must be Good in verbal and writing communication
- Good communication with intra team
- Good to have automation testing knowledge[preferred selenium with JAVA
- Proficient with Test scenario and test case creation validation
- Must have good understanding of V&V understanding and implementation
- Test case creation
Key Success Metrics:
- ‘Key Area for future, SLA, understand the requirement and convert them to scenario and execute them, connect with different stake holder, TAT, Production issues and escalations, L1/2/3 escalation conversions
