- Process transactions as per the SLA (both Accuracy & TAT)
- Updating respective trackers timely and accurately
- Follow-up on the transactions in pending status with dependency
- At month-end, ensure processing of assigned tasks is completed timely & accurately as per the month close calendar
- Develop a high standard for quality of work and maintain a strong work ethic.
