- MBA Graduate with good excel skills

- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Good number crunching skills and general aptitude.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for personal decisions of cases as per the laid down policies and procedures and maintain adherence to quality
- Lead Generation through DSA & DST ,Understand data, raise requests for data and make reports on MS-Excel for management reporting
- Coordinate with various teams in driving Personal Loan Business / campaign launches in a quick time
- Researching and bench-marking against competition product features and promotional activities.
- Plan and prioritize activities based on business objectives and P L impact & Preparing Sales MIS and other reports. • Own and execute the Sales funnel and conversion and work with different teams on solution’s to improve the same constantly
- Passion for knowing emerging Sales Trends BFSI Industry and identifying relevant opportunities.
- Demonstrate ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges
