Job Description:
- Work with the SAP Core team to support the execution of business processes
- Support all functional areas as needed Create standard job instructions
- Provide support in Product documentation and User Guides, particularly in technical writings
- Able to communicate well with the technical teams to understand the technical and product requirements
- Write clear and concise technical documentation for Product User Guides, Online Help, Quick Start guides or troubleshooting guides in a timely fashion
- Continuously assist to enhance existing technical documentation and training materials
- Ensure proper formatting of all contents following our corporate branding
- Perform Daily monitoring of Requests for IT
- Do research and analysis on defects raised and provide recommendations to users
- Support in Testing of SAP Tools during Upgrades/ Implementations
- Create & Track work plans and Coordinate with teams to make sure Action Items are tracked to closure
- Perform General Admin Activities in SAP
- Create Ad-hoc reporting using SAP tools and Microsoft Excel
- Assisting in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, design blueprinting, system testing, and end-user training
- Configure SAP to meet business needs and requirements
- Developing and managing functional/technical specifications
Requirements:
- MBA pursuing (MBA in Supply Chain or Operations or Graduates (Mechanical or Industrial Engineering)
- Excellent Communication (oral and written) skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
