Job Description:
Need to support Sales Team across the globe with their queries via emails and calls
- Provide support to client queries, update relevant trackers and teams accordingly
- Dispatching reports to the clients
- Providing access to clients on different portals
- Follow-up with the Managers with respect to current/ongoing projects/Requests
- Ensure timely delivery of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
- Ensure strict adherence to operational/functional processes and procedures
- Field and respond to client service calls
- Generating accurate and timely reports as required
- Ensure data integrity by updating records in our CRM system
- Ensure Client Services best practices are adhered to
- Need to work on Ad-hoc projects as per process requirement
Requirements:
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook type packages
- Very good verbal, written and presentation skills
- Ability to work with senior leaders across the globe
- High attention to detail
- Proactive attitude with an intend to take initiative
- Self-motivated, with proven ability to work efficiently and independently
- Ready to work in night shifts and on rotational basis
- Working knowledge on Fresh Services will be an added advantage
