- Gains knowledge and experience required for promotion to management positions under the direction of experienced personnel by performing the following duties.

- Training will be provided on team handling and other leadership qualities
- Will be trained to Identify trends and recommends proactive or remedial action to manage your clients
- Report on the progress of team goals and objectives linked to organizational goals
- Training for managerial /supervisory positions.
Requirements:
- MBA Freshers or MBA Graduates with 1-3 years of work experience with specializations in Operations, Marketing, Finance, International Business, Information Systems, and Supply Chain Management from Tier 1 and Tier 2 MBA colleges in India.
Responsibilities:
- Based on their performance during the training period, the candidate will be offered roles that are Lead Analysts, Group Coordinators, Assistant Team Leaders – which are managerial roles that report directly to the leadership team from India and the US.
