Testbook Off Campus Drive 2023
Job Description:
- Monitor calls and provide feedback to BDs
- Uses quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at team and individual level
- Provides actionable data to various internal teams as needed.
- Conducts weekly sync with BDMs to help them understand areas of improvement and actionable for their team
- Be a part of process enhancement and adherence
- Coordinates and facilitates call calibration sessions for Sales & Training Team.
- Maintains and updates data for BDs from a quality perspective and publishes weekly & monthly reports
- Focuses on improving BD performance week on week
Technical Skillset:
- In-depth Product Knowledge
- A high degree of self-motivation and a strong orientation toward teamwork
- Excellent time management and effective prioritization
- Excellent business communication skills
- Intermediate skills in Google Sheets, Docs, Presentations
- Able to effectively communicate and train people from different cultures
- Well Versed with Hindi and English. Written and Verbal
- Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed
