Job Description:
- We are looking for a Product Specialist Trainee to join the Product Services team.
- Product Specialist plays a pivotal role by contributing to successful customer implementations by accurately and efficiently processing UI-based configuration requests for several items including data entry of accreditation, assessment planning, and field experience data.
- Also, the Product Specialist Trainee conducts quality checks for data loads processed by the Engineering Services team and internally configured items as assigned.
- This QA role ensures that customer data loaded into the production environment is accurate and up to the mark on customer servers.
- As a Product Specialist, you will be working and providing configuration services for 8 products per the determined best practices and deadlines.
Requirements:
- 0 to 3 years of experience in Customer Support or backend process.
- Freshers are also welcomed
- Applicant should possess a graduation degree equivalent to B.C.A,
- BA, BSc (IT), or BBA
- Basic knowledge of HTML
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Word (Formatting Document Layout, Formatting Font with good knowledge of Styles)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong ability to multi-task according to set priorities
- Exhibit strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Responsibility:
- Build and customize a variety of product-specific deliverables on production and testing servers including rubrics, hierarchies, templates, standards and assessment planning data, etc.
- Apply the best practices for 8 WM Products to all manual configuration on production and internal servers
- Conduct quality control checks for the completed data load requests. Also, complete UI enabled data import requests per the strict guidelines
- Communicate effectively in written English with Internal Stakeholders at US locations, Client Support & Data Load team members to follow up on assignments using ticket tracking tools
- Proactively attend the training on new product and functionality
- Use in-depth knowledge of the software application to complete and conduct quality control checks on special projects and Post Migration QA
- Demonstrate keen attention to detail, accuracy, and diligence in completing all work as assigned
- Document, track, and escalate issues as required
