- Coforge hiring For voice process For travel domain-Freshers-Work from anywhere
- Travel consultant role is to manage bookings for customers who are planning their travel using Airline portal & handle all travel related queries including refunds & amendments via OB/IB calls, chats & back-office functions.
Requirements:
- Graduates/Under Grads in any stream
- Certification in Travel Applications/Domain (Optional)
- Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office software packages
- Basic knowledge on Google Suit (Docs, Sheetsetc.) and Keyboard Skills Excellent typing speed
Responsibility:
- Excellent Verbal & Written Communications skills to connect with Internal & External Customers.
- Travel vertical experience and domain knowledge not required
- Should be good in managing / handling customer queries and irate customers & providing faster resolution.
- Confident in handling multiple chat simultaneously.
- Able to handle both inbound & outbound calls.
- Open for rotational shift in 24X7 environment
- Should be able to work in live contact center environments with pre schedule breaks.
