Job Description:
- MRI Software is seeking an Application Administrator I will be part of the India support team operating from the Bangalore location and also part of the Global Support team spread across USA, UK, SA, NZ, and Aus.
- The application administrator will be supporting MRI SAAS applications and responding to multiple client requests on a day-to-day basis.
- The application Administrator will be one of the points of contact for clients with respect to issues, requests, and any type of technical queries related to applications.
Requirements:
- 0 – 1 Years of experience with qualifications Bsc/BCA/BE/MCA
- Knowledge of RDMBS concepts.
- Knowledge of Data Base Administration activities and DB scripting.
- Good Knowledge of SQL.
- Good Communication skills.
- Strong attitude to enhance skills through collaboration with Peers and Teams.
- Any Computer training certification is desirable.
- Should be willing to work in USA shifts on regular basis
