Job Description:
- The Associate Technical Consultant works with the Global Services project teams to help ensure the WFS Suite products being developed comply with the needs of the customer and are delivered successfully by gathering and defining the customer’s documented workforce management business requirements and validating their expected results.
- They continue to develop their skills in consulting, leadership client relationships, and knowledge of WFS Products by taking WFS product suite training courses and maintaining certifications.
Requirements:
- 2023 Batch BE / BTech
- Good Academic track record
- Good pH Score
Compensation Details:
Internship
- During in premise internship,
- The stipend will be ₹ 35,000 per month for 6 months
Service Agreement:
- The Agreement tenure will be for 18 months(including 6 months internship).
- Post completion of the internship, your CTC will be ₹ 7.2 Lpa.
- The company spends considerable effort in training new interns/employees through direct mentoring by senior folks.
- Only candidates willing to commit to 18 months of tenure need to apply.
- In case the candidate leaves before 18 months with WorkForce Software, Rs. 5,00,000 training cost shall be fully recovered from the candidate.
