Job Description:
- You will start your journey at BYJU as a Student Success Specialist to guide students who are using BYJU’s App Learning Program and be an integral part of their learning journey with BYJU.
- Your key role is to connect regularly with students and parents and ensure that they have a seamless and effective experience with BYJU.

Responsibilities
- Mentor the students assigned to you throughout your Byju’s Journey to ensure they are
engaged with the product and material. - Guide the learner through their academic journey by directing them to the appropriate
resources, quality information, and academic learning. - Use numerous contact channels (phone, chat, and video) to mentor and involve students and parents.
- Monitor and analyze student performance dashboards to show students’ overall development.
- Constant inspiration and counseling are used to drive kids’ academic and extracurricular achievement and performance.
- Enable students and parents to engage with and utilize the app to the fullest.
- Under the supervision of your management, ensure that daily, weekly, and monthly objectives are met.
