Requirements:
- 0 to 1 Years of experience in a relevant field, client management, SLA manage
- A science background is an added advantage.
- Bachelors/Master’s degree from a reputed institution
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills (Ability to work on multiple requests at the same time) along with good attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English
- Should have strong time management skills and be able to work in a highly demanding environment.
- Broad background knowledge of healthcare (Medical products knowledge is a plus).
- Able to work both independently and within a team.
Responsibility:
- Handle the change management requests (partial change, global change, temporary change, NPC revision, and Derogation and Counting Card).
- Prepare all related documentation for each change as per applicable procedures.
- Perform the Automatic Kit Setup (AKS) for NPC revision as per applicable procedures and operating modes.
- Manage all loss requests and update our product catalog and ERP systems accordingly.
- Follow up on all change requests until they are effective.
- Participate actively in the improvement of processes and tools.
- Act as an interface between the sales force and manufacturing units for all specific requests.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills (Ability to work on multiple requests at the same time).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Should have strong time management skills, able to work in a highly demanding environment.
- Good attention to detail.
- Should be able to incorporate reports, and analysis when required by the support team.
